When to Tune In
The camera is located in southeastern Peru, where daylight usually begins around 6:00 AM and fades by about 6:00 PM local time. Outside these hours, it’s normal for the feed to appear completely dark as night blankets the rainforest. If you see blackness on your screen, you’re simply witnessing the forest’s natural rhythm at rest.
Why We Keep the Location Secret
We placed this camera in one of the most remote and pristine corners of our reserve as part of our mission to protect, share, and inspire. The exact location is deliberately kept confidential — to ensure the safety of the forest and the countless species that call it home. By keeping this place hidden from harm, we help safeguard it from the illegal logging, mining, and land grabs that continue to threaten the Amazon every day.
